Discovery calls

Done over video conferencing or in-person, these series of calls will help us deep dive on How to operationalize engagement via Remote Engineering framework, define timelines around leadership buy-in, financial and legal sign off.

Engagement Sign off

A Formal partnership agreement is signed between the two parties to help kick start the engagement.

Pilot run or Pre-boarding phase

Customer can opt to do a 30/60 day pilot with us or decide to forgo pilot and kick start pre-boarding phase augmented by Remote Engineering Framework.

Launch your Remote team

This last step ensures that the remote team is set up and is ready to be operational in a two week time frame.
