Ravi Bhim started BeautifulCode in 2013 to solve two core problems for remote engineering teams: better practices and higher quality.
When Ravi moved to India after a decade working as an engineer and engineering leader in the U.S., he wanted to take India’s unpolished engineering talent and pair it with the high expectations he’d encountered in the U.S. Quickly noticing limited focus and skills among Indian engineers, he set out to to handpick talent — offering the same standards and training he’d become accustomed to.
Today, Ravi and his team at Beautiful Code obsess over getting the details right and solving complex engineering problems through purposeful and thoughtful development.
